Shipping Rates

Our Shipping rates are calculated based on the cost of shipping each individual product. We will do our best to honor all shipping quotes, however, we reserve the rights to adjust these rates at anytime. If, for some reason, we are unable to ship at the quoted price, we will notify you and you will have the option of paying the extra, or you will be given a full refund. 

Return Policy

Any part of any order can be returned within 30 days of when your payment was confirmed. However, you will not be credited with a refund until we have received the returned products. All returned items must be in the same condition as were shipping.  Shipping costs are separate and will not be refunded.

Pick-up Orders

We do allow pickup orders for those in the area. We are located in Abbotsford, B.C. Canada. As this is only a virtual store, all new stock will be added the day it arrives and there in-person viewing is available with an appointment only.

Shipping & Processing Times

We do our best to process and ship out all orders from the previous business day before the end of the next business day. Orders placed after 10:00am PST on Friday will be shipping out on Monday. Although we do not guarantee arrival dates at this time, shipments usually take 2-3 business days within Canada and 7-10 business days within the USA. International shipments can take 3-6 weeks for arrival, depending on the area.

Back Order / Out Of Stock

Even though we do carry large quantities on most of our products, there are occasions where we get a large order and will run out before our new stock has arrived. On these instances, we will post a special Estimated Shipping Time right on each of the product pages. You can still order the product to be first in line for the new shipment. We will send you an email to notify and confirm the estimated shipping date. NOTE: These dates are never usually more then 7 business days.
